Corrections

Material corrections are published as a new, dated edition. A published card is not silently rewritten without a version record.

What we correct

Examples include the wrong company, an incorrect number or date, misleading wording, a stale status, a broken source, or a source attached to the wrong claim.

How the workflow works

1. The current edition is withdrawn or superseded when necessary.
2. The correction is checked against the primary source.
3. A new edition records the reviewer, review note, previous edition ID, correction reason, and time.
4. Previous editions remain versioned so the change can be audited or rolled back.

How to report an issue

The public correction inbox has not been selected yet. Before external invitations, Pareto Frontier must display a monitored feedback address here. Until then, testers should use the contact channel included with their invitation.

Include the ticker, card title, source link, what appears wrong, and—where possible—the source that supports the correction. Do not send account credentials or private financial information.
